I suppose this went in a different direction than i had intended . . . I was
speaking mainly to the privacy issue . . .

The question of displaying A or B work, aslo depends on your definition of
what an A is for a particular project. While it may sound elitist to say
that I only display A work, I should also add that the larger part of a
student's grade in my class is effort, not talent. In fact, i am surprised
my principal has not yet questioned me on my grades ("There's no WAY 18 out
of 23 kids in your class earned A's . . .")

Actually, I don't even believe in talent. Nothing shuts more kids out of art
than that whole notion of "ya either got it or ya ain't"

 . . . but i think that issue has already been discussed here . . .
