weather/climate legislation

In CT, some legislation up for voting involves school climates...especially
now with so many children suffering from asthma these days. If the bill
passes there will be money for schools to improve their environments. I
agree....teaching in 100 degrees without A/C...what can anyone do or learn
under those conditions? I mean it is not as if you can even go outside and
sit under a tree!!! <sigh> Take care and stay cool all...
