The University of Wisconsin has a 2-D Art class that they offer through
correspondence. Right now they are offering it through what is called Fast
Track, I
think, where the course is completed in 12 weeks. If you can't complete it
in 12 wks, they still give you 1 yrs from your registration date to complete
the course. I've
been thinking about taking it myself. The cost is around $550, give or take,
plus books. I don't have their web site address, but you can find them under
the University of Wisconsin Independent Study classes. If you have any
questions, let me know.

Also, Brigham Young University has Independent Study courses you can take
on-line. I'm currently taking a 19th Century Art History class. Their
classes are not quiet as expensive. If you want to check them out, try this
site.

or go to Brigham Young University dept. of Independent Study.

Hope this helps.
