There is a catalogue, I think it is called "Graphic Dimensions" (although I
think the word Graphic is spelled funny in their title) that specializes in
framing materials. I always throw it away so, sorry, I can't give more info.
Try the Logan mat cutter. Even the one on the low price end (around $89.)
is better than hand cutting. It's a great investment and very easy to use.
