    Wow, I can't believe your district is so mamby-pamby--our district finally
    got some balls and said that for "disrupting the educational process" kids
    can be expelled. This has been a wonderful change. I always have wanted
    the 90%to rise up and demand that their children have some rights, and now
    we have. The Nev. legislature passed a law last year that any teacher can
    get rid of any student for 3 days as long as they (the teachers)have
    followed school discipline
    procedures. This has been great because you as teacher can do it without
    having to wait for a blessing by an administrator. Sid
