Paper cutter needs help

    Dear Art people
    Has anyone ever had their Paper cutters serviced? Mine is about 9 years old
    and in need of some serious adjustments/sharpening/alining/tightening/etc..
    I was in the frame shop one day and asked them who did their adjustments.
    They said ( i hope your sitting) "when it gets to dull or out of whack, we
    THROW IT AWAY AND BUT A NEW ONE!!! AAARRRHHHHGGGGG!!! Once I got my
    equalibrium back I asked her to please call me when she was ready to "toss"
    one.
    BUT, I still need someone to fix the one I have. Judy, if your reading this,
    it was originally purchased from SAX . Does anyone ever inquire about this?
