I knew someone who took red enamel paint and put a dot on the tip.
TOOOOOOOOoooooooo much time on their hands I suspect. *-O
Or a compulsive behavior problem..........one of the two.
She put red dots on her scissors too.
You can buy them plastic coated in colors....clips and scissors.
