I believe that as educators we can teach to others what people with natural
ability see without any education.
Students with natural ability will progress faster but I have had many
students who come in with low skills. With practice and being taught what to
look for and how to create gradations with media, they can be much more
successful by the end of the year.
We can make a difference when we design our projects to address what the
naturally talented student does without thinking.
