    SanD and Dennis - well said! I too believe in support of our union. We have
    a few non-member teachers who will take up a collection - usually $10 each -
    to pay our negotiators. This is almost an insult to those of us who pay more
    than that monthly. Personally, I believe in supporting those who will
    benefit me financially and who will back me if I need it. Right now I'm
    keeping my fingers crossed that art shows will be added as a supplemental.
