    If it were me, I'd KEEP the adequate and appropriate space for the program.
    All the other things you listed can (and probably WILL) change over the
    course of time...like a new administrator, budget changes and class sizes.
    If the room's big enough, the class sizes really won't be much of a problem.

    Besides...if you're agressive enough, smart enough, cultivate your
    connections/networks, you can readily change those last three things...but a
    ROOM is hard to change. It's more permanent. Toodles......
