    > our new contract states that classroom teachers are supposed to have a
    minimum of one hour of planning time..and 30 minutes consecutively.
    However, often the special teachers do not get that...we get 15 minutes at
    the beginning and end of the day...sometimes we get 30..sometiems not...go
    figures!

    This sounds to me like a reason to grieve if the situation is not corrected.
