searching for art teaching positions

    This was happening a lot in PA last year. Because the 30 and out window was
    opened and so many teachers retired, there were lots of jobs. Some
    districts held the candidate to the contract, at least until they could find
    a replacement. It can be a messy situation and I think an unprofessional
    thing to do.
