    I went to a job fair. There were about 200 people being interveiwed using a
    standard set of questions for all applicants. My 30 years experience made it
    easy to answer whatever questions they could ask. Each response was given a
    numeric value, if your total reached a certain number you were offered a
    contract on the spot. My age didn't enter into it at all.
