    Its the old paradox. They only hire experienced people so then how does one
    become experienced?
    Long term subbing is one way. Prove yourself in the classroom first and then
    apply.
    But they always leave the backdoor ajar for those with connections, do you
    have any? Its like that all over. All the training and credentials don't make
    up for lack of classroom experience (or connections!).
