The New other art teacher

    Boy am I glad this subject came up... we are getting a part time art
    teacher to alleviate the 44 classes that I had to teach this year... I
    wasn't sure how to handle this. Should I give her my lessons or just my
    concepts that need to be taught and let her come up with her own
    lesson? What are your thoughts?? We will be sharing one track ( 5
    classes), sometimes she will be teaching it and sometimes I will be
    teaching.... (hey it wasn't me who came up with this idea!!! They didn't
    even ask me what a thought!! You Know THEY always have all the right
    answers......so I just sit back and laugh!) We are not sure who this
    half time person is.... How do you divide up the prep work?
    looking for advise :) from PEOPLE who WILL KNOW!!!!!! :)
