If you have a history of nosebleeds make sure you tell your doctor if you
are prescribed Claritin. It works great for my Mom and several other people
I know, but I started having nosebleeds eventually it was a daily
occurrence, then every time I sneezed. They switched me to Allegra and I'm
fine. Since then I have hear of several other people having a similar
problem with the Claritin an nosebleeds all had a history of nosebleeds so
probably just aggravates the situation.

Gail and Artsnetters,
Our ventelation system sucks. As in there isn't any. My nose and eyes swell
up
all the time. I went to the Dr. and found Claritin-----a very small dose has
all but eliminated the problem. No side effects. I'm sure the stuff in the
air
as well as the relative uncleanliness of the building would have something
to
do with the allergy type reaction. worth a try?
good luck
Gelato---where it's absolutely gorgeous outside and we're still in school
