For the kids who have parents like the ones you describe, there are teachers
(polished up with mom or dad-ness) like us! I think that I would love the
feel of walking into your daughter's apt. My sister (8 yrs younger than me)
told me a couple years ago that it was time I decorated my home like a
grown-up with some sort of consistent theme. She gave me a pretty home
interior piece, but I still had to decorate around it on the wall with
re-made, home-made and found-stuff. She really liked it "anyway."
