    Hi Ann, In our town, the Arts council helps support the performing arts.. In
    our elementary, when we did an opera last year, we asked the High school if we
    could do it there for the school and parents, which worked out well.The
    practices were held in the small music room during their music classes and
    after school in the gym. The local theater group also does its performances in
    the Mall which has a stage.or at one of the High schools.
    Do you have a local arts council? They are verrry handy. The architect fees
    for new buildings such as what you're talking about, is paid for by a local
    foundation maintained by a local company. Are there any grants you could go
    after? Betsy
