    Hang in there, Janice--I know this is a very stressful time for you....

    I, too, was passed up for a NUMBER of teaching positions because other
    people had more experience. It was very frustrating because I knew that
    while I may not have had the direct experience, I could have done--and done
    well!--what was expected in the position.

    I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you, and let us know if you'd like
    any "references" from your friends on the ArtsEdNet list!!
