We have BSAP here in SC plus the district has its own tests. I know that what
I am about to say sounds cold, but if the classroom teachers are doing what
they should be doing, why do students need tutoring? Something is wrong when
the students need special tutoring to take a test which probably addresses
average standards. I know that it is probably not their fault. But something
is wrong.
