Hi Sandra,
I must apologize if I have offend anyone on this site. I work with =
teachers at all grade levels,
and appreciate what they have to contend with each school day. No one =
deserves a "frontline medal" more than the classroom teacher. I am one =
of you. Perhaps, my remarks are too curt. But my interests lie, =
primarily, with classroom teachers who continually weather the storms of =
cut backs on realia and art supplies.
My motives are sincere. I do enjoy reading all the trials and =
tribulations on the artsEdnet site. They are all so familiar to me. I =
don't think I have "all the answers" but I think I have something to =
contribute. If I sound haughty, please believe me that this is not what =
I intended. I will watch my choice of words in the future. An aside. I =
posted a few essays because many teachers have neither the time nor the =
energy to fight the buearucracies.I wanted to give them something to =
present to parents and administrators.
Thank you for your honest appraisal,
Cordially,
Bob
