Just how do they do this?
I have never seen it happen. Public schools have to abide by every federal
law re. children and their equal education, laws which say that children of
all kinds have to be served wherever and however.
A voucher or private school that only answers to its own rules, etc., may
take on one or two hard cases and with a lot of attention and parental
cooperation cope with them. But with many such and under federal laws? Never.
Has anyone noticed that the Catholic schools that served downtown Chicago are
giving up the fight and moving to the suburbs?
Support the public schools.
