I just returned to Florida after a week in Richmond and I saw the Splendors
of Egypt exhibit. Wonderful. I bought about $50 dollars worth of "goodies" to
use as visual aids.

I will definitely do mummy cases ...some grades will do lifesize and painted.
Others will do it 3-d with tagboard in miniature. I also plan to teach the
hieroglyphics and have them make stelas of plaster. I plan to do
self-portraits with Egyptian profiles and the full eye. We will make masks
of the Pharoah with a striped headdress. There are lots of books for
reference in the gift shop that may inspire you.
