I was able to access your website. Great work. I was interested in the
computer self portrait as I do something like this with my Art II class.
We used either a scanned photo of self or a digital camera shot to import
into photoshop and manipulate and add textures, backgrounds,e tc. We did
get some very nice effects and the students learned photoshop. After
printing out a copy of the portrait they were then to do an acrylic
painting based on their computer image--some turned out very well. I'm
interested in repeating this lesson with some improvements. Our memory was
not as good as possible and I hadn't learned the ins and outs of digital
camera saving of images. I think I'll have a better handle on it this
year.

Keep up the good work. I bookmarked the site and will return to it as I
have time. I'm in my summer--try and get the house cleaned of clutter from
the year. Fran
