...I have heard about the Tesselmania software program, and just
recently found out you can generate a print from it which sounds like a
great first step. No, I haven't tried tesselations in clay tiles but
thought it would be a great collaborative project for students, and
wondered if anyone had ever attempted it.

How's everyone's summer going? I am taking an intense course right now
which has an interdisciplinary emphasis on American art, music and
literature through the lenses of American history. I have a pretty good
handle on the art and history and am learning a great deal about music
and literature which correlates during given time periods. I have never
taken a course quite like this... it is quite an experience!
