Thanks to all who responded to my questions about entering the high =
school scene. Everyone was so helpful, some answering questions I had =
intended to ask but didn't. I want to start the new school year off as =
smoothly as possible, and you guys have really helped with that.

When I began teaching (8 years ago) I had been hired as "lateral entry" =
(I had a degree but was not certified to teach) and finding help was =
next to impossible - but I (and my students) survived. I didn't even =
know what questions to ask, back then! =20
