February, a call came in for an art position/replacement;
former teacher left without notice.

PROBLEM: How to convert a "crafts" program of "leather
tooling kits" "Bambi Slip molds", and "horse head"
portraits into a 4-yr. Visual Arts program?

SOLUTIONS: Inventory current stock, plan program and new supply list
(i.e. 2000.00); divide amount by number of students per hour x per day x
wk. x semesters, per yr. i.e. 200 -:- 7 periods per day x 01 x 05 x 02 =
1000 student hours per schl. yr.-:- 2000.00 = 2.00 per student, per yr.
SUBMIT BUDGET FOR HASTY APPROVAL: If there is no budget, there is no
program. The administration agreed to a program.
