Hi Leslie,
I subscribe to Arts and Activities magazine and enjoy it. Some issues give
me two or three practical ideas, some don't work at all for me, but I keep
them all for reference. I like to thumb through old issues when I hit a dry
spell.

I was at the Art Institute of Chicago (teachers' center) today, and I think
they have the other magazine you were asking about - if you called them I'm
sure they could give you the information over the phone. I don't know what
your resources are where you live, but at this teacher's center they have
years of back issues (plus tons of other art information) and teachers have
free access to the copy machine. I thumbed through a years worth of
magazines in an hour and copied all the things that interested me. The
copies will be easier to file for future use than a whole magazine. This
center is very small but also has slides and videos for loan to teachers.
The folks there were kind and helpful once you make it by the security guard
(don't try to bring a bag into the museum). You might have something like it
near where you live.
:) Laura
