In the college I teach at, we use this system, and I like it. We grade
using 5 categories:
Attitude- productive use of time, bringing supplies, organized
Preliminaries- preliminary sketches
Creativity-originality, concept
Execution- use of materials
Presentation- final discussion of piece
I like this, because it really allows me to evaluate all levels of
students, and give them feedback on where they can improve.
