Hi...My name's Bunki and I'm "new on the block". I'm not new to the net
but this is my first talk group! It's going to be nice chatting with other
art teachers and tradin' ideas. I teach middle school art in Danville, Ca.
I teach 6th grade art (on a 7-week rotation), 7th grade art (on a 7-week
rotation), Art I (combination 7th, 8th), "The Screamer"...a semester mache
and plaster-based monster-making class with "special effects" study (7th
and 8th), and an "Art n' Math" class (which is my "baby") that is my
favorite (7th and 8th). I also teach for Chapman University teaching
teachers my course in "Art n' Math" in the evenings twice a year.

I've taught elementary art in West Palm Beach, Florida school district and
high school art in North Carolina and now here I am gently (?) placed in
middle school for the past 7 years. Are there any of you out there in
middle school?
Right now..this summer..I am teaching grades 4-6th summer school art and
it's a kick to teach these younger ones. Enough babbling....write me!....d
