Hi Ann,
I downloaded Real Player (free version) and then whenever you watch a video online Real Player pops up in the corner and asks if you would like to download the video. It works perfectly for me, who also does not have access to YouTube at school.
I like Ellen's suggestion too. I hadn't heard of that one. I like that you don't have to remember the site, you can just type kick before the URL. Thanks for the info, Ellen!

At home you can download it by typing 'kick' in the url before 'youtube'.... then take to school....
OR:
Just write 'save' in front of the URL in the address bar and hit enter. For example: http://saveyoutube.com/watch?v=dXP2GdqYCOM
new:
http://www.kickyoutube.com/watch?v=Gf33ueRXMzQ

Nice video- but do you know how to convert it to a file that can be seen at school? My school district, as many do, restricts You tube videos.
