Renee, I haven't ever looked. Does your state offer web space for student
use? We have our school website, which either has the editor or FTP choice.
The editor is a WYSIWYG type, and there is no way I'm turning over FTP
information to my students since this gives you free reign into the entire
website (I wouldn't even give it to my superintendant! *L*). I just want
somewhere where my students can manage a small website & learn basic coding.

Michal, Does your state educational department offer your school a small
amount of web space?

..... Yahoo has announced the closing of their free websites in October (now
I have to figure out what to do with my art kids website - need to look at
the data to see if enough people use it to warrent moving it or paying for
it). Now I need a place for my students to do their assignments online. Any
recommendations? The ability to edit HTML is one of my few requirements.
