It reminds me of the debate on Christo. Is what he does art? Or the guy who
draws sidewalk drawings? Some people can't get enough of Kincade - are his
paintings art? I love these types of debates - nobody is ever going to be
right or wrong. I have students who think that because they don't draw well
that they could never be artists - I bring in this type of debate and then
move the discussion into artists who are sculptors or photographers.
