Hello Group,

More summer surfing for you... The American Scene through Photography.

Land Through a Lens
http://americanart.si.edu/collections/exhibits/highlights/main.cfm?id=LL

"The Smithsonian offers this online gallery, where early
legends of photography including Ansel Adams and Timothy
O'Sullivan, are featured as they explored the American
landscape. Eighty-five slides by Adams alone are offered , each one
annotated to inform students of what they should note in their
observations."

This is part of the Highlights Exhibits from Smithsonian American Art Museum.
Five Traveling Exhibits through 2005. Also check out these fine exhibits
