Kim, I've taught 18 years and just finished my Masters. I found a
program I loved and they came to our community once a month on
week-ends. They wanted to cater to teachers who have families and who
don't want to travel far away from home. The 30 of us in our learning
community ranged from 3 years of teaching experience to 20 years. You
need to find the program that fits you and your family, and you need to
feel like you're ready for your masters. I was not ready until 3 years
ago and I new I was burning out and needed to rejuvenate my teaching.
Everyone is different. I'm not from your area, so no suggestions on
programs. I got mine form Southwest Minnesota. Good luck
