There is no doubt about that... It is amazing that it took the Secretary of
Education to know what teachers of the arts have known for 30 + years...every
time there are budget cuts or a re-emphasis on "what is important" the arts are
the first to go! Sad but true..Look at New York City or California....very
sad!
