Art Schools in midwest

I have a student who is really top notch in gesture drawing, figure drawing,
representational work. He is good with people, communicative and able to
manage others. He is intrigued by arts advocacy. In 20 years of teaching, he is one
of my top 3 art students. However, he has some ADD issues. I think he'll do
best in studio work, with some business classes. I think his people skills
would make him a great art director.
My question is, where should he go to school? We are in central Ohio. His
parents want him to stay in the midwest. I think his portfolio could get him in
about anywhere, and he is only a junior. Ohio State is so close, but too
academic.
Does everyone recommend those summer institutes for Juniors?
Is Cleveland art Institute still recommended?
Any ideas welcome!
Thanks...
Beth
