I think the reason kids are more experimental with photography is
because they get instant feedback, no huge amount of time invested like
they have when they spend eons on a drawing. That time committment
thing makes them uptight..."WHAT IF IT GOOF???"
goes through their heads...no time to start over, need to be done and on
to the next big project. I think it boils down to time. If they can
just let go and enjoy the process the do better. And planning a photo
is fun and can get really crazy and dramatic by manipulating light and
camera angles. Just click, click, click away and have fun doing it!.
