  T-shirt Deadline: November 6, 2003. Arts Ed Award Deadline: September 30,
2003. Americans for the Arts has joined Old Navy and P.S. Arts to promote
arts education in public schools. Kids 16 and under are eligible to win a
$25,000 savings bond by designing a special-edition Yankee "Doodle" Flag
T-shirt. Local arts agencies and schools that promote the contest are
eligible to win a $5,000 National Arts Education Model Program Award from
Old Navy in 2004
