We're getting a new principal, and I am sooo scared. My principal of the last
5 years was so supportive and set me up with supplies and equipment for next
year. But anything can happen with a new administrator. Yesterday, I got a
letter from personnel saying that I will be back to full time visual arts K-5,
but I was told in June that I would have to teach reading every morning. Which
would be OK, except that I was not allowed to go to the week-long inservice in
June. It was part of NCLB--our school got one of those funny-money Reading
First grants from the Bushies.
