What you went through is often called a "Teacher Perceiver." There are
other types of "perceivers" as well. One is for administrators. It
evaluates how you perceive teaching and other topics. This is a
pre-interview tool, not an actual interview, and is similar to what some
private businesses use to determine if a candidate is suited for the
position they seek.
