Our elementary principal asked me to be present during the interviewing for
the (small school one teacher each level) elementary art position and if I
could help her out with some pertinent questions to ask. I work in the
middle school and have seen the differences in the incoming middle school
students with different elementary art teacher styles. I know what makes a
good elementary art teacher because of the skills (or lack of) that they come
to me with, but am struggling with how to phrase it for questions to ask
during an interview. What should I ask?
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
