trying to get them to see...perceive.

hello all,
love the converse on the bike and all, but what we have to do is get them to
"see", perceive. and the real question is how to do that when you have 30 in
a class, (i teach middle school) hormones rage and yes, i get to hear parts
of their lives and hope i help when i talk to them....the question i pose to
all of you....how do we get them to see?
