I did a lesson with cool colors with kindergarten.
On white construction paper, they used straight, curved, etc lines to draw
snowflakes with white oil pastels. Then they used cool colors of tissue
paper. They laid the tissue piece down and painted over it with water. Then
removed the paper and threw it away. The colors blended and looked so cool.
Since it was a crayon resist, they were really excited when their snowflakes
started showing up. Janet
