Stick to you questions. If the opportunity is one that you can
pass or not be out of pocket by passing, call them and tell them
that before you make a decision, you would like your questions
answered. It is usually at this point that most principals turn
you over to someone like me. The person who can partially
answer them. You see, I get them all the time. I can not
discuss the budget for it is their campus decision but I can the
vertical teaming. Principals are beginning to get a little
nervous with these questions for they are beginning to realize
that art teachers are serious about what we do.

And these are excellent questions. If they dont have a
district Fine Arts Specialist, odds are, they don't really know
much themselves and as my last interview with a principal went
"He stated all I needed was macaroni , construction paper, and
glitter. As of today, they are still looking.
