Bunki, I work a lot in Photoshop, but I'm not sure how close it is to
Elements, but try this. Look under "Image" and check the MODE. Be sure
it is RGB or CMYK, not bitmap. Let me know if that's it. I'll keep
looking for other reasons why your choices are limited to GIF.
