cleanup

Hi

  Last year I tried cleanup groups but inevitably it was one or two of
the group who did the work. This year, I announce 7 minutes before
bell that cleanup must begin, and found that worked for individual
general cleanup, with me doing a brush re-wash at the end of the day.

However, I could use more, better ideas.
