Yes, I've had this happen to. Do nothing and you should be ok. I at
first thought maybe the in the address was specific to each user. But
the number in mine is 4090L and I think that is the one that showed up
in the e-mail Woody sent the list.

Either way when I send a private e-mail to a person that asked the list
to unsubscribe her/him. I tell them were to find the address, but don't
cut and copy if from my list mail (I also include the web address).

OK kids
I sent the angry person an email telling her to
unsubscribe by sending a blank email message to that certain
address (I can't list it here, read on, you'll see why). I
got an email from that gremlin LYRIS who said it was sending
me the email back because it had the unsubscribe address in
it, and that was why it got kicked back to me. And NOW, I
got an email again from LYRIS and the unsubsribe program
telling me to verify that I want to just gets curiouser and curiouser
on this list, doesn't it?
