Stress Busters!(compiled)

I want to thank all of you who gave ideas to bust stress. I compiled them for
all (except Woody cause he is laid back-lol) of you to post in your rooms. When
things get hairy look at this list and find something to help you de-stress.
I 've got my mind set to smile , laugh and "don't sweat the small stuff" more
this year.(Although people say I'm smiling most of the time, I guess we get good
at hiding stress or ignoring it! In fact I've planned some art with humor for
this year fall.
so here they are....... look out stress!

For your art room Other stress busters

-make it your home away from home. -smile!
- add plants -go to a show
-chocolate and other goodies -start a "support group"
- bring slippers like SanD's -Stitch &
Bitch
-favorite CDs -do silly stuff
-coffee/cappucino machine -trust yourself
-fountain -learn something new

-bring your fav book for breaks -take a sick day(mental or
- aquarium or small fish bowl physical)
                                                                 -learn to
say"no"
                                                                 -eat healthy
foods
                                                                 -yoga
                                                                 -play!
                                                                 -do art-of
course!
                                                                 - glass of
white Zinfandel
                                                                    ( I'll take
Pinot Noir)
                                                                 -sew
                                                                 -watch sunsets
                                                                 -write an old
friend
          *and remember don't let school take over your life (even thought we
are all dedicated art teachers!)
