You are doing some wonderful things to alleviate your stresses, but you
didn't mention any thing you are doing for "yourself". I had a very bad back
injury several years ago, and after months of therapy, surgery, more therapy
- I turned to massage and acupuncture. What a difference in my whole health
system. I go to an acupunture school where fourth year students, under the
presence of a licensed acupunturist, helps me in ALL my physical ailments. My
back has improved dramatically, but so has my acid reflux and various other
ailments. The massage I get once a month leaves me like a puddle of melted
butter and does more for me than anything. Consider a yoga class for
yourself, or meditation. Nothing beats sitting on your porch with a glass of
something cold (water and lemon does it for me) and giving yourself
permission to do nothing. Oh, by the way, wasn't it interesting to notice WHO
felt threatened when you started to say NO to things that stressed you?
